The UX Strategist / Business Analyst will interface with our clients, client vendors, and multi disciplinary teams within O3 World.  The candidate should be able to verbally present requirements, user flows, data flows, and discovery findings accurately and succinctly to project stakeholders.Skills / Experience: 4+ years experience actively collecting client business and functional requirements for interactive agencies 4+ years experience writing and presenting requirements to multi functional teams 4+ years experience performing and leading stakeholder interviews Able to provide relevant user experience insight and relevance to user interface projects Able to manage clients expectations, ask intelligent, probing questions, and communicate effectively Able to lead workshop conversations and control the room Strong presentation skills including in person, verbal, and written Able to visually represent solutions to business problems utilizing wireframes, diagrams, whiteboards and or sketches to client stakeholders and internal teams. Experience creating wireframes using tools such as Axure, Balsamiq, InVision, or OmniGraffle Foundational knowledge of or experience working with Agile methodologies Identify, clarify, and document business problems and solution goals Synthesize complex and sometimes contradictory information into concise, readable, unambiguous written requirements at multiple levels of detail Work with Account and Project management teams on scoping, estimating, and assigning assumptions to work Serve as the main point of contact for any questions regarding requirements during the UX/UI, and development phases Ability to work with QA teams to help validate test cases and scripts during QA and UAT phases Experience or working knowledge of the tax and finance verticals Be a team player Insane attention to detail Amazing attitude Local candidates only please.
